Cloud & Software: capitalizing on our scale

We are migrating our tech infrastructure and applications to the cloud, enabling the development of our generative AI platform, GAIA. We were the first private markets investment firm to sign a framework agreement with a hyperscale tech company – Microsoft. This has delivered major cost savings, both for us and for our portfolio companies, who benefit from EUAM’s buying power.

Cybersecurity: building stronger defences

Cybersecurity is a key operational risk that affects every aspect of EUAM Ltd and our portfolio companies. Our technology, risk, and compliance teams are highly aware of cybersecurity issues and are constantly monitoring threats as well as implementing regular controls. We share these guidelines and expertise with our deal teams during due diligence and with our portfolio companies : with the help of expert advisors, we assess the cyber-readiness of all our portfolio companies on a yearly basis, and identify improvement levers for each one of them.

Digital Transformation Team

EUAM’s digital transformation team operates out of Paris and Silicon Valley, bringing together core members from the consumer goods, finance, and technology sectors with extensive hands-on experience and a truly global perspective. The team’s mission is to integrate cutting-edge technology, innovative methodologies, and financial expertise to drive EUAM’s end-to-end digital upgrade across the entire asset management value chain.

The team leader has spearheaded multiple digital transformation projects for multinational corporations, with over a decade of experience in large-scale change initiatives. Meanwhile, the core team members bring deep expertise in areas such as AI applications, digital client experience, and data-driven investment research.

Today, this diverse group of experts is not only executing EUAM’s digitalization strategy but also leading innovation—transforming EUAM from a traditional asset management firm into a technology-driven global investment institution.

Data Science

EUAM’s data science team is composed of data scientists and engineers deeply embedded in the firm’s investment, research, and operational processes. Their mission is to build a data-driven investment and management framework for EUAM through the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data analytics.

From investment strategy modeling to market insights and risk management—and even improving operational efficiency—the team empowers decision-making through technology, enabling the firm to stay both forward-looking and agile in an increasingly complex and dynamic market environment.

They work closely with the technology and digital transformation teams to develop intelligent research platforms and automated operational tools, creating a sustained competitive advantage for EUAM and its portfolio companies.

Information Technology

The Information Technology team is one of the largest teams at EUAM, bringing together more than 250 full-time professionals and experts. As the company’s technology backbone, the IT team not only ensures the stability and security of core systems but also develops and manages a wide range of digital tools and platforms for both investors and internal operations.

From data platforms and cybersecurity to automated operations and AI applications, the IT team continuously evolves to provide robust digital support for EUAM’s investment research, risk management, and operations. Working closely with the data science and digital transformation teams, they have built a comprehensive technology ecosystem—from infrastructure to intelligent applications—keeping EUAM at the forefront of innovation and maintaining a competitive technological edge in the industry.
